Title: Bread and Butter Pudding [Dcfo]

1 Wholemeal bread slice, cut into 4.]
1tsLow-fat spread.
1/2tbSultanas.
1/2 Lemon, rind only, grated.
1tsAlmonds, flaked.
275mlMilk, skimmed, [1/2 pint]
1 Egg.

Thinly spread the bread with the low-fat spread. Mix sultanas, lemon rind and half the almonds together. Arrange alternate layers of bread and fruit mixture in a casserole dish.

Beat egg into mmilk. Pour over bread. Sprinkle with remaining almonds.

Bake at 375^F/180^C for 30 minutes.
